Tier 3 Windows Systems Engineer

Provide level 3 support on Windows Server environments. Manage and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO infrastructure. Participate in infrastructure evolution and migration projects. Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of systems. Implement disaster recovery plans (DRP/BCP). Supervise and resolve complex incidents escalated from level 2. Document procedures and technical architectures. Mastery of Windows Server systems, AD, GPO, and PowerShell. Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware). Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, Zabbix, etc.). Good understanding of system security. Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, firewall, VPN) is appreciated. Bachelor's to Master's degree in computer science. Good analytical skills and ability to manage critical situations. Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of service.
