Location: US Remote Reports To: Platform Executive Salary Range: $52,000-$85,000 Position Summary: The Platform Administrator manages an assigned portfolio of E&D projects throughout the project life cycle. This role provides operational support by ensuring accurate project documentation, invoicing readiness, data integrity, and compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Platform Administrator partners with the Platform Managers, and Field Service Site Operations Representatives (SORs) to support successful project execution. The Platform Administrators will report to the Platform Executives. Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout. Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
