Clinic Referral Coordinator Salary Range: $28.00 - $36.00/hourly depending on experience & location Location: Remote (prefer based in Oregon) At Indigenous Pact, we are committed to improving access to quality healthcare services through innovative, patient-centered care coordination. We are seeking a Referral Coordinator who will serve as the central point of accountability for managing referrals from intake through closure and ensuring patients receive timely access to specialty care and related services. The role supports continuity of care, prior authorization management, scheduling, and exceptional patient experiences within a remote healthcare environment. What You'll Do As the Referral Coordinator, you will: Support Tribal Care and/or Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) referral processing, including coordination of referral documentation, authorization status, specialist scheduling, follow-up, and communication with clinic teams and external partners. Manage referral workflows from intake through closure, ensuring referrals progress accurately and efficiently. Coordinate the full prior authorization lifecycle, including submission, tracking, follow-up, appeals coordination, and communication of authorization status. Facilitate patient scheduling and care coordination across providers, clinics, specialists, payers, and support services. Maintain complete and accurate referral records, communication logs, and supporting documentation. Monitor referral status and follow-up
