Field Access Director, Derm - Gulf

The Field Access Director, Dermatology, develops the overall Field Access Manager strategy and leads the field access manager team. The Director collaborates cross functionally with other members of the Patient Access Services Team, market access, product strategy, training, and Medical Affairs. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities): · Direct oversight of Field Access Managers (FAMs) · Recruit, on-board, lead and empower an experienced and talented team of Field Access Managers to support Opzelura and future Derm launch products · Foster and inspire a collaborative, inclusive and high performing team culture that inspires encourages accountability and embraces innovation with a purposeful sense of urgency. · Provide regular performance feedback, coaching and professional development to team members. · Partner with the Director of FAM Training to help develop training curriculum for the team focused on proactive HCP education, case management and compliance, access, di
