Senior Fundraiser (Freelance)

Incluyeme.com is an organization that works for the socio-labor inclusion of people with disabilities in 14 countries in the region. We have been working with more than 700 companies across all types of industries for over 11 years. We have more than 130,000 people with disabilities registered on our portal, where more than 4,000 have gotten a job and more than 12,000 have trained thanks to our free virtual courses. At Incluyeme.com, we are looking for a person to fill the Senior Fundraiser position with experience in searching for and developing social impact funds/grants in the region. The candidate is expected to work autonomously, proactively, and with a focus on continuous improvement. The position is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the world, preferably in Latin America. The person will work very closely with the team of Managers and Directors at Incluyeme.com to understand partnership needs and the alignment of messaging and strategy. Contract type: Freelance. Main activities to be developed include: End-to-end partnership management with third-sector, private sector, and multilateral stakeholders who can facilitate access to financing. Fundraising: Developing a fundraising and grants search strategy for Incluyeme.com to participate in across the various countries where the company has a presence.
