Incluyeme.com is an organization that works for the socio-labor inclusion of people with disabilities in 14 countries in the region. We have been working with more than 700 companies across all types of industries for over 11 years. We have more than 130,000 people with disabilities registered on our portal, where more than 4,000 have secured employment and more than 12,000 have received training thanks to our free virtual courses. Role: Comms & Mkt Manager Main responsibilities: Lead and manage the Communication and Marketing area. Coordinate, design, and supervise strategies to attract target companies and people with disabilities. Coordinate and improve communications regarding all our initiatives: new clients, multilateral projects, and the value proposition for people with disabilities. Plan and execute an annual action plan according to objectives, including building a freelance team, utilizing external tools, and managing dissemination across available channels. Identify local, regional, and global opportunities to position Incluyeme.com as a benchmark (events, media spaces, etc.). Analyze reports and track departmental metrics to align with company objectives. Coordinate the creation of audiovisual content with external vendors (production and execution).
