As an Operations Lead, Strategic Growth Initiatives , you will be a strategic operator who brings structure to ambiguity, aligns cross-functional teams, and moves high-priority growth initiatives from idea to execution. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will work across Product, Go-To-Market, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, and leadership to strengthen how In Tandem executes. You will move fluidly between strategy and hands-on implementation, using AI as a practical tool to increase speed, quality, and operating leverage. What you will accomplish: Run a tight executive operating cadence, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, board preparation, leadership offsites, and the metrics and narratives that anchor decision-making.
