About the Orange Movement Launched in 2022, the Orange Movement™ is a global initiative led by IIX to integrate gender equality and climate action into financial markets. At its core are Orange Bonds™—the world’s first gender-lens and climate-focused asset class—designed to: •Mobilize US$10 billion in capital markets by 2030 •Positively impact 100 million women, girls, and gender minorities •Position women and gender minorities as leaders in climate resilience and adaptation The Orange Movement advances this vision through capital mobilization, policy reform, global partnerships, training, and advocacy. Supported by a three-year anchor grant from Australia’s DFAT, it now seeks a Senior Director who can scale the Movement into a global financial force. Role Summary The Vice President – Orange Movement will play a pivotal role in implementing and scaling Orange Movement initiatives across regions. Working closely with the Senior Director, this role will ensure the effective design and delivery of programs, build strong cross-sector partnerships, expand training and market-building activities, and support the execution of capital mobilization efforts. This is a senior execution-focused role ideal for a dynamic leader with strong program management experience, regional/global networks, and the ability to drive results across diverse markets.
