Data Scientist - Remote (Multiple Locations)

At Imagemaker, we are looking for Data Scientists to use data to drive decisions, build intelligent systems, and generate high-impact insights. You will work at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and business to shape product strategy (through experimentation) and develop machine learning models that optimize operations at scale, enabling business units to operate faster and deliver better customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Promote data democratization and responsible use in Data and Experimentation initiatives. - Success Indicators: Experiments, models, and assets adhere to best practices; dashboard creation and basic analytics are completely delegated to non-data-specialized roles. - Generate data-driven insights to influence strategic, operational, and product decisions. - Success Indicators: Adopted insights that generate measurable improvements aligned with business priorities. - Build analytical and predictive models using curated and governed datasets. - Success Indicators: Accurate, maintainable solutions integrated into decision-making processes. - Translate business questions into analytical or Machine Learning problems. - Success Indicators: Co-developed data products adopted by teams that solve high-priority problems. - Define and evolve business and product metrics. - Success Indicators: Application of robust metric frameworks.
