Position Summary The Associate Director, eCommerce Operations & eProcurement will lead the business operations, strategy, and continued growth of our eCommerce and eProcurement capabilities, with particular responsibility for scaling and advancing the organization’s eProcurement ecosystem. This role requires deep eProcurement expertise and experience leading complex B2B digital purchasing capabilities, including customer procurement integrations, punchout, procurement platforms and marketplaces, customer onboarding, and B2B enablement. The leader will be responsible for ensuring these capabilities scale effectively while providing reliable, efficient digital purchasing experiences for customers.
