Director, Global Value Engineering

As the Global Director Business Value Engineering you will take responsibility and accountability to further develop the BVE practice at IFS . The role requires the building of networks across the organization to ensure the successful project management, staff co-ordination, strategic oversight, coaching, team building, and quality review needed. Achieving this work will require passion, attention to detail and an understanding of how to drive excellence across teams. Driving change within the business group, and across the organization, will require planning, change management and alignment with the wider transformation teams. As Business Value Engineering is already established in the company, you will need to ensure high quality execution and operational success of the relevant BVE methodology across sales, presales and into other functions (such as services). As a Global Director in the Corporate team, you will be expected to devise strategies for sales, pre-sales and post sales to embed BVE disciplines throughout the entire lifecycle of a customer journey.
