Make the ads that grow a new AI fitness app We're building an AI-powered fitness app that adapts to each person, and we need a creative who can both decide what to make and make it. You'll turn data into ideas, produce ads with AI tools, and see your work running in front of real audiences every week. This role is for you if… You've made performance ads, not just brand work, and you can show what won and why. AI tools are part of how you produce every day, not an experiment. You love the loop: idea, ad, result, better idea. You'd rather ship ten good variants this week than one perfect ad next month. You want to build a creative engine from the ground up on a small team. Why now The iFIT app is early and growing, and paid acquisition is scaling. We're building a lean, AI-first user acquisition team, and creative is the engine. You'll be one of its first hires and set how it works.
