We’re looking for a Product Specialist to take ownership of one of our core products. Sitting within the Product team and reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll become the product authority turning client and business needs into validated specifications, a sprint-ready backlog and accurate product documentation. What you’ll be doing Leading the Specify process for core product builds, creating detailed specifications and AI-assisted prototypes. Managing and maintaining the backlog for one core product in Azure DevOps. Grooming, prioritising and sizing backlog items with the Product Manager so the backlog stays sprint-ready. Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that support confident development, testing and release. Producing and maintaining user guides, release notes, onboarding materials and process documentation.
