About the Role As a Change Manager, you will lead the human, cultural and organisational aspects of AI transformation. You will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to design and implement effective change strategies that increase adoption and ensure long‑term success. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive change management strategies for AI implementation Conduct stakeholder analysis and create stakeholder engagement plans Design and deliver communications campaigns that support AI adoption Develop training plans and materials for end‑users Establish and support networks of change champions Track benefits
