Product Strategist (On-call, Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Strategist to support NIH in advancing a product ownership model across a portfolio of digital products, data resources, information services, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with product owners, program leaders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to define product strategies, strengthen governance and performance frameworks, drive cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This role will help teams align product decisions with organizational goals, user needs, and measurable outcomes while supporting the adoption of agile and product-centric practices.
