The Technical Business Analyst will support technology delivery for the energy efficiency and utility sectors, with a focus on understanding business needs, documenting requirements, supporting testing and validation, analyzing data, and assisting with successful implementation. This role will work closely with project teams, program stakeholders, and ICF subject matter experts to help ensure technology solutions meet business and client needs.
