Role Overview We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Probate Paralegal to support the Probate and Guardianship practice of a growing U.S. law firm on a long-term, remote basis. Working directly with the Lead Paralegal, you will ensure cases move efficiently from intake through completion. This role is ideal for a professional who prioritizes accuracy over speed, naturally double-checks their work, and takes genuine pride in producing flawless legal documents. As the first of several planned legal support roles, this position offers significant long-term career growth and the opportunity to take on more advanced responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation: Prepare probate petitions, guardianship documents, supporting forms, and related legal documents using established templates under attorney supervision. Data Accuracy & Verification: Accurately populate legal forms using client information and supporting documentation. Review all documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy prior to attorney review.
