We are currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Acquisitions Associate to support our acquisitions team by keeping our pipeline organized, underwriting properties, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring every opportunity is managed efficiently. Position Overview The Acquisitions Associate plays a vital role in supporting our acquisitions process from lead intake through contract preparation. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience working for a U.S.-based real estate investment company , particularly in acquisitions, who understands investment analysis and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities without constant supervision. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Key Responsibilities Underwrite incoming property leads using comparable sales and market data. Pull comparable sales and estimate After Repair Value (ARV) using PropertyMachine and other available resources. Analyze repair estimates and investment
