Captive Account Executive

The Opportunity: The Account Executive is a senior leader within the captive account management team responsible for overseeing client relationships, developing talent, managing team performance, and driving operational excellence. This role serves as a strategic advisor to captive insurance clients while providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for a team of captive professionals. In This Role You Will Execute On: Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in all talent functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, career development, and performance management ensuring teams have the support and resources needed to meet or exceed business objectives. Serve as the executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned captive clients, providing strategic guidance on operations, governance, financial performance, insurance, and long-term objectives. Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results while driving informed decision-making. Oversee complex client engagements, proactively resolving escalated issues and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and service delivery.
