Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, results-driven SDR to help build and scale the outbound lead generation engine for a fast-growing tech company. Both founders of the team started their careers as SDRs, so they deeply value this role and its impact on the organization. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to hit volume targets; we are looking for a strategic prospector who takes ownership of the entire top-of-funnel process. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, crafting tailored messaging, and booking meetings that turn into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and add high-quality, relevant leads to the CRM within the SaaS, E-commerce, and Customer Service sectors. Build and manage multiple outbound campaigns targeting different customer segments and decision-maker personas. Develop personalized messaging and multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
