ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join a well-established international software engineering company that builds high-performance products used by millions of people worldwide. The company runs on self-organisation, trust and ownership, with no politics. Teams own their work end to end, and your voice matters as much as your code. This is an internal role on the company’s own team, not a client allocation. As a Senior AI Engineer focused on applied data, you will make AI accelerators produce output that is correct, secure and adopted on real enterprise stacks. The role is fully remote from anywhere in Portugal, with optional access to the company’s hubs. Occasional national or international travel may apply, estimated at 0–15%. PROJECT & CONTEXT You will design and deliver complex enterprise agentic AI solutions and set the standard for what “good” looks like in production: Enterprise Agentic Architecture: design and deploy complex agentic AI systems and orchestrate agents. Secure Integration & MCP: implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect foundation models securely to enterprise data and internal tools. Security & Governance: apply fine-grained RBAC, identity propagation and deterministic policy enforcement across systems, so tools execute securely.
