UM Onboarding Representative

Become a part of our caring community The Onboarding Representative supports a seamless and positive preboarding and onboarding experience for new UM Medical Directors and hiring leaders. You will serve as a primary contact throughout the onboarding process, coordinating activities, communicating requirements, and supporting the timely completion of onboarding tasks. You will work under limited supervision and apply discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures. Responsibilities include advanced and moderately complex onboarding activities that may require interpretation of policies and practices, coordination with other business areas, and resolution of issues within defined parameters. Success in this role requires advanced knowledge of onboarding systems and procedures, exceptional customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently prioritize work within established timelines. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive working relationships with new UM Medical Directors and hiring leaders, serving as a primary contact throughout the preboarding and onboarding process. Communicate proactively and professionally through email, phone, and virtual platforms to provide information, clarify requirements, and support a positive onboarding experience. Coordinate and monitor advanced and moderately complex onboarding activities to support timely and accurate completion of required tasks.
