Senior Project Manager - WI Market

Become a part of our caring community Humana is seeking a Senior Project Manager position to support the growing number of projects and initiatives within the Wisconsin Medicaid Market. Reporting to the Associate Director, Project Management, you will provide project management (PM) support for several system modernization projects. You will also provide ongoing support for enterprise and WI Market projects, departmental and vendor related changes and major regulatory changes that require PM oversight. This position will not start until January, 2027. Main Responsibilities: Oversees projects for the Wisconsin Market Compliance Department with a primary focus on managing internal and external audits. Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing projects, monitoring progress and performance against the project plan, and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. Prepare work specifications, develops project schedules with project staff and external contractors. Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
