To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Product Owner to support the continued expansion of Humana 's enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability. As part of the NBA product organization, this role will serve as the bridge between product strategy and implementation by translating approved actions, treatments, and business requirements into complete, standardized, implementation-ready documentation. Working closely with NBA Product Managers and configuration teams, the Product Owner will ensure requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and sufficiently detailed to support successful implementation within the NBA platform. This role will help establish and maintain the standards, documentation, and operational practices that support scalable action configuration as the NBA platform continues to e
