To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the delivery of new reporting requirements for Next Best Action (NBA) and to assist with measurement tracking across the program. This is a hands-on execution role that turns the measurement strategy into shipped, trusted reporting by partnering closely with development, data science, and analytics teams. Reporting to and in partnership with the Lead Product Manager, NBA Measurement & Reporting, you will translate measurement and reporting needs into well-defined requirements, manage the backlog with the development teams, and help track NBA measurement across business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics.
