This role will serve as the product leader responsible for defining, prioritizing, and scaling the data assets required to enable personalized, context-aware engagement across channels and business functions. You will partner across business, data, engineering, architecture, and product organizations to translate emerging use cases into scalable data capabilities. You will help shape how enterprise data is identified, onboarded, governed, and leveraged to support decisioning, personalization, reporting, and measurement across Humana 's growing NBA ecosystem.
