Senior Product Engineer

Become a part of our caring community Humana ’s Digital Health Platform (DHP) is the engineering platform behind many of Humana ’s consumer digital experiences. DHP Product Engineering builds the shared pieces other Humana teams build on, including a micro-frontend catalog, accessibility tooling, and API foundations, and we build them with AI coding agents at the center of how we work. We are hiring a Senior Product Engineer who wants a say in what gets built as well as the craft of building it, from accessible interfaces to the services behind them. You will own features across the whole stack, and you decide the technical approach for the work you own. You use AI coding tools like Claude Code every day, and you help build the shared skills and tooling behind that workflow. We measure your work by the results it produces for Humana ’s members and patients and for the teams who build on our platform. How we work: Our practice is skills-driven. A skill is a set of reusable instructions that an AI agent follows for a recurring task. You will write and improve those skills as part of your regular work. The practice is still emerging, and on this team, you will help establish how it works.
