Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Become a part of our caring community The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer will design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Security solutions across a complex healthcare environment. The role focuses on secure identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, access governance, compliance, and integration of enterprise and clinical applications. The engineer will work extensively with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Okta, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Entra ID, supporting both modern cloud services and contemporary healthcare applications. Responsibilities: Engineer and support Identity Security solutions using SailPoint ISC, Okta, AD, and Entra ID . Design and implement JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification, RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation, and entitlement governance capabilities. Integrate enterprise and clinical applications using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs . Apply least privilege and Zero Trust principles across workforce, partner, vendor, and application identities. Automate identity processes to improve the reliability, scalability, and auditability of access controls. Troubleshoot complex provisioning, directory, authentication, and access issues across interconnected platforms. Partner with application, clinical technology, architecture, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to establish secure identity patterns.
