Senior Content Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to drive content design and strategy within product areas across our digital ecosystem. You’ll report to the Director of Content Development. You’ll operate as an embedded partner within cross-functional teams, shaping experiences across web, mobile, apps and emerging digital surfaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and combines strong content craft with product thinking, uses research and data to guide decisions, and contributes to scalable content systems in a complex, regulated environment. What you'll do Drive content design for features and journeys using research, analytics, and content assessments (audits, inventories, touchpoint mapping) Translate research, stakeholder, and journey insights into clear, actionable digital experiences Plan and execute content across the product lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and QA Simplify complex, regulated healthcare information with clear, accessible content across UI, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences Structure content for usability and findability, contributing to information architecture, navigation, and taxonomy Partner cross-functionally with product management, product design, research, engineering, legal and compliance Apply and contribute to guidelines, standards, and tools to ensure consi
