Market Finance Lead

Become a part of our caring community The Market Finance Lead is a key member of the Northeast Region finance team, collaborating closely with Corporate Finance, Provider Engagement, Provider Contracting, Medicare Risk Adjustment, Clinical, and Market teams. This role is responsible for delivering financial analysis, actionable insights, and operational decision support to improve Medicare Advantage market performance for the region. This position combines strong financial management, analytical rigor, and business acumen. The Market Finance Lead will support the Regional Vice President of Operations by translating market data, financial trends, and performance drivers into clear recommendations that connect operational execution to financial outcomes. This role has one direct report and requires a leader who can effectively balance hands-on analysis with coaching, prioritization, and cross-functional influence. Key Responsibilities Leverage data analytics, business insights, cross-functional collaboration, in-depth business knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive optimization of Medicare Advantage performance. Lead the development of recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, dashboards, and reports that identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions. Support regional Medicare Advantage bid strategy, plan design, product positioning, and competitive analysis in partnership with divisional partners, Product, and Actuarial teams
