To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Project Manager to support the continued expansion of Humana 's enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability. As NBA expands across new use cases, channels, data sources, and platform capabilities, this role will provide project management support across multiple business and technology workstreams. Working closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, technology teams, and business stakeholders, the Project Manager will help maintain visibility into delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and implementation progress. This role is responsible for coordinating activities across teams, maintaining project plans and status reporting, supporting launch readiness efforts, and helping ensure work remains aligned to planned delivery objectives.
