Lead Product Manager - Provider Direct Connect

Become a part of our caring community Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Provider Direct Connect to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of solutions that enable seamless connectivity between Humana and provider organizations. This role will drive the evolution of provider-facing integration capabilities that improve provider experiences, simplify information exchange, and support scalable growth across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings experience managing integration-focused products, building strong provider and stakeholder relationships, and driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. This candidate should bring a deep expertise in the software delivery lifecycle and strong working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This individual will play a key role in advancing Humana 's provider connectivity vision through standardization, scalability, and customer-centric product innovation. The Lead Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering Provider Direct Connect capabilities that create value for providers and Humana . This role will work closely with provider partners, technology teams, operations, architecture, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable integration solutions.
