EHR Lead Vendor Manager

Become a part of our caring community The Provider Experience and Enablement Lead Vendor Manager is responsible for managing strategic EHR partner relationships and ensuring vendors deliver against business objectives, roadmap commitments, and performance expectations. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned EHR partners, including Epic and other strategic vendors, driving alignment between vendor capabilities, enterprise priorities, and product initiatives. The Vendor Lead works across product, implementation, technology, and business teams to monitor vendor performance, coordinate strategic initiatives, and maximize the value of Humana 's EHR partnerships The Provider Experience and Enablement Lead Vendor Manager manages the day-to-day relationship and strategic engagement with assigned EHR vendors and partners. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining vendor roadmaps, coordinating vendor-supported initiatives, tracking performance metrics and commitments, and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders. This role partners closely with product management, implementations, and technology teams to ensure successful execution of vendor-dependent capabilities and future growth opportunities. The Vendor Lead proactively identifies risks, escalates issues, evaluates new partner opportunities, and provides leadership with recommendations related to vendor performance, strategic investments, and roadmap planning. The position
