Director, Corporate Strategy

Become a part of our caring community As Director, Corporate Strategy, you will provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to our most senior leaders through the development of enterprise-wide strategic plans and objectives. You will lead a variety of cross-functional strategy projects related to enterprise growth priorities, provide strategic support for M&A processes and external partnership opportunities, and present recommendations to Humana ’s senior leadership and Board. This role will report to the VP/AVP. Day-to-day responsibilities will include ownership of project delivery and leadership of teams conducting industry analysis, financial modeling, market and competitive research, and qualitative analysis. You will synthesize strategic options into clear, executive-level recommendations and deliverables that support senior leadership and Board-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own project delivery from initial problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
