The Role The Program Manager is the primary relationship owner for our partner schools and resellers in the United States. You’ll work directly with Site Coordinators at partner schools and reseller partners to ensure successful program launches and high quality support throughout the school year. You’ll serve as a two way bridge. With partners, you’ll represent our schools by explaining, supporting, and standing behind company policy. Internally, you’ll be the eyes and ears of Operations, bringing partner feedback, risks, and opportunities to the right teams. You’ll work within established standard operating procedures and a seasonal cycle of processes tied to the academic calendar.
