Product Managers at HubSync are not ticket writers. You own a product area end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it is ready to ship. About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber product leader to bridge the gap between complex tax/workflow domain needs and technical product execution. You will fully own the product roadmap, enforce strict sprint discipline, author unambiguous PRDs, and maintain cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, quality engineering, and executive leadership. What You Will Own End-to-End Delivery: Own a product area from problem definition to shipped outcome. Author PRDs, obtain engineering and QE sign-offs, and record the go-live decision. Roadmap & Prioritization: Manage and defend the quarterly roadmap for your product area. Priority requests are scored using RICE—no side doors or line-jumping. Sprint Scope Discipline: Enforce strict sprint boundaries. Protect engineering capacity while leading sprint reviews with real demos and clear release notes. Customer Signal: Partner closely with Cust
