Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, confident, proactive, and results-driven HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment, talent acquisition, employee management, and HR operations. This is a hands-on HR leadership position, not a purely administrative role. The successful candidate will independently manage recruitment, proactively headhunt high-performing professionals, develop effective HR systems, and support organizational growth. In addition to core HR responsibilities, the candidate must possess strong corporate communication, public relations, and brand representation skills, with the confidence to serve as a professional public-facing representative of Primeful Distribution and E-Com Pioneers.
