About the client: Specializes in products for retail stores, wholesale, and distribution partners. Role Overview - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Seeking an experienced, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations, strengthen financial controls, and oversee the transition from our existing in-house financial platform to QuickBooks Online (QBO). We are looking for a finance leader who understands the complexities of wholesale distribution, particularly inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, purchasing, vendor payables, and gross margin management. This individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing our future accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy throughout the system migration, and building a scalable finance function to support continued business growth. The ideal candidate combines CFO-level financial expertise with practical experience in inventory-intensive businesses and accounting systems implementation. This is not a traditional bookkeeping role. We need someone who can lead the finance function while personally driving critical aspects of the transformation project.
