CFO & Business Advisor | VP of Finance | Director of Finance | 100% Remote | W-2 Job description: Company: How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) Employment: Full-Time | W-2 Employee with Benefits Compensation: $110,000 Base + Incremental Compensation | Targeted Total Compensation: $160,000 – $182,000 Location: Remote within AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA ABOUT THE ROLE HTM helps solo and small law firm owners build more profitable businesses. As our CFO & Business Advisor, you’ll be the financial leader and trusted advisor to about 30 law firm owners. Law firms are professional services businesses, where the people are the production engine. You’ll help owners improve pricing, margins, cash flow, and profitability, and make smarter decisions about hiring and growth. HTM provides a portfolio of potential clients, systems, and infrastructure. No cold calling or prospecting. This is a full-time W-2 position, not a 1099 or independent practice. You’ll work at a higher level. You won’t be managing bookkeepers or accounting staff, or proposing journal entries. If you’re tired of the accounting weeds, this is the job for you.
