About the Role How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) helps solo and small law firm owners build more profitable, financially sound businesses. We're looking for a hands-on CFO & Business Advisor to serve as the financial leader and trusted advisor to approximately 30 law firm clients. You'll work directly with owners to improve pricing, margins, cash flow, and profitability while helping them make smarter decisions about hiring and growth. HTM provides the clients, systems, and infrastructure. You focus on financial leadership and advising business owners—no prospecting, cold calling, or business development required. This is a full-time W-2 position, not a 1099 consulting engagement or independent practice.
