About the Role Houzz is seeking a Recruiter to proactively identify, engage, and hire talent for our teams in the US, with a primary focus on Sales and G&A. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing and closing strategies to find the best talent for a variety of roles across our business. We are looking for someone who can work independently across multiple teams and hiring managers while working collaboratively with their talent acquisition teammates to deliver the best hiring outcomes based on business needs. What You’ll Do Own the full-cycle recruiting responsibility in partnership with hiring managers/leaders Source, engage, and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategies Actively and meticulously manage inbound candidate pipeline with strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through Screen and qualify prospective candidates across multiple positions Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within our ATS (Lever) Build strong relationships with hiring manager teams to create deliverables, timelines and tracking processes with measurable metrics Handle candidate offer and close managing candidate expectations throughout the hiring process Represent Houzz as a brand ambassador by providing an exceptional candidate experience Proactively engage and collaborate with recruiting teammates on projects and new initiatives Brains
