Job Purpose The Accounting position supports accurate and timely financial operations for the hotel or assigned business function. This position maintains financial records, processes transactions, prepares reports, and supports internal controls while protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality. What You'll Do Process, review, and reconcile financial transactions and records. Prepare routine financial reports, schedules, reconciliations, and documentation. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash, or general ledger activity as assigned. Investigate discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate leadership. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities as assigned.
