Senior/Specialist Application Security Developer

We are looking for a Senior/Specialist Application Security Developer to join our Software Engineering team. This person will play a fundamental role in ensuring our solutions follow AppSec best practices. Beyond identifying risks, they will lead the mission to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively remediated. Want to be a part of this? #VemSerGator #hostgator ✨ What you will do: Evaluate application architecture and develop security guidelines; Implement security controls in the CI/CD pipeline and application environments; Investigate suspicious security issues; Build AI agents and apply AI solutions to automate and scale security checks; Act as the HostGator LATAM focal point for pentests, DAST, SAST, SCA, and other initiatives from the Newfold Digital global security team; Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with security standards; Conduct talks and interact with the development team to disseminate security best practices; Take ownership of security initiatives.
