About the Role This entry-level analyst position resides within the Actuarial Department and is primarily responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Medical Cost Action Plan evaluations (MCAPs). The role partners with stakeholders throughout the organization to analyze health insurance claims and patient utilization data to track actual medical expenses against budgets, identify specific financial leakage points, and design actionable cost-containment initiatives.
