Position Purpose: The Manager of Delivery Management is an experienced project professional responsible for leading a combination of planning and execution of activities related to the delivery of large initiatives and/or financial/budgeting activities for their teams. Managers are responsible for leading a team of project management professionals. They are also responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. When leading project delivery, Managers support their team in execution of their projects. They are also responsible for leading large, cross functional initiatives across the organization. When performing financial/budgeting activities they are responsible for developing and implementing efficient and accurate processes for financial management. They are also responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, partnering with other leaders to influence contract negotiations. They are also responsible for providing leadership financial reporting.
