At Holcim, we are looking for our next IAM (Identity and Access Management) Expert to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of our user lifecycle management (ULCM) solutions. You will be part of a global Cybersecurity team focused on ensuring trust, automation, and access security for thousands of employees worldwide. Your Mission in the Role: You will be a key player in the engineering and optimization of our SailPoint platform, programming custom rules, connectors, and workflows in Java, as well as integrating privileged access management (PAM) solutions and driving automated provisioning of access rights. Main Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance the Identity and Access Management (IAM/SailPoint) solution, including the configuration of connectors, Java rules, and workflows. Design and integrate Privileged Access Management solutions (such as PAM, CyberArk, Safeguard) and Single Sign-On (SSO / MFA) protocols. Plan the onboarding and integration of new corporate applications into the identity ecosystem. Perform role mining and entitlement analysis to ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD). Support dynamic infrastructure as code using DevOps methodologies and Cloud technologies (Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc.). Essential Requirements:
