About the Position Holafly is looking for a proactive and highly organized Partnerships Operations & Activation Specialist to join our growing Travel Partnerships team. This role will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, helping ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience for partners across global markets. The position combines operational support, partner onboarding, activation, partner communication, and light commercial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help partners successfully launch, stay engaged, and become active revenue-generating accounts, while also supporting the internal Partnerships team with operational execution, inbound partner management, and outbound activation follow-up. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commercial mentality focused on helping partners grow and succeed.
