QA Analyst

Intermediate Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Software Department: Development Location: Remote residing in CANADA ONLY Reports To: Development Manager Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Intermediate QA Analyst to join our growing software development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our core platforms This role requires a blend of technical testing expertise, a sharp eye for design adherence, and strong business acumen. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, integrating closely with the development team, and actively participating in our Agile processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated browser tests using Playwright. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure software meets technical and business specifications. Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistent user experience and visual accuracy, especially for Nectar Pay. Attend daily stand-ups and development meetings to stay aligned with evolving feature requirements. Write clear and comprehensive test plans and cases. Create and maintain QA documentation and client-facing Confluence articles for Nectar Pay. Provide UI/UX feedback based on a strong understanding of both functional and visual design elements. Participate in practical testing exercises during the interview process to demonstrate problem-solving
