Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager plays an integral role in our delivery organization by bringing structure, clarity, and control to complex Microsoft delivery engagements. The role is accountable for successful client outcomes, predictable execution, financial control, and alignment to business value using Hitachi Solutions ’ delivery methodology. This role is intended for an experienced consulting PM who can quickly stabilize delivery, lead with transparency, and operate as a trusted client and internal governance lead. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a project delivery leader, bringing together cross-functional talent from delivery, architecture, functional, technical, offshore, PMO, and client teams. In this role, you are expected to establish ownership, maintain disciplined plans and forecasts, use KPIs to drive proactive action, escalate early, manage scope and change through process, and demonstrate commercial judgement in decisions that affect margin, risk, and client outcomes.
