About the Role You will manage claims, client communication, and medical treatment coordination for a law firm's California Workers' Compensation practice. The firm needs experienced case management support beyond administrative filings, with an existing administrative team already handling filings and back-office tasks. You will own routine case management issues independently, keep outstanding matters moving, and recognize when legal questions or complex problems require attorney attention. Your work will help injured workers understand their next steps, stay engaged in treatment, and avoid preventable case delays. Responsibilities Keep California workers' compensation cases progressing through independent day-to-day management, timely follow-ups, and clear next steps. Give injured workers regular case updates in English and Spanish, answer routine questions, and provide empathetic but persistent follow-up on treatment participation. Keep medical care on track by coordinating appointments, treatment plans, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers
